What is your shipping policy?

Orders placed between Monday - Friday EST will begin processing that day.

Frankie Fever will endeavour to dispatch your order in 3-5 days depending on order volumes, unless payment confirmation is delayed.

Purchases made on Fridays after 11am, Saturdays or Sundays will not be sent until the following Monday. 

Purchases made on public holidays will not be processed or sent that day. 

We ask you to please be patient while waiting for your Frankie Fever order as it can take up to 10 working days for domestic and 12 working days for international.

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you enter a PO Box/Parcel Locker address, we will contact you for an alternative address. This may cause delays to your order. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of contacting you, we will then cancel and refund your order.

All standard orders are shipped with a tracking number.


Orders within Australia are shipped with Sendle.

Express shipping will be sent via Australia Post and will arrive in 2-3 business days.

A flat rate fee of $12.00 AUD will be charged for express postage Australia wide.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate and up to date. Frankie Fever will not be held responsible if orders are shipped to an incorrect address if that address is what is contained on the order.

If an order goes missing and Frankie Fever can prove (via tracking) that the order was shipped to the address specified on the order, Frankie Fever will not be liable for a replacement or a refund of the product(s) contained within the misplaced shipment.


A flat rate of $20.00 AUD will be charged for international postage.

International orders can take up to 12 working days to arrive.

All international orders will be shipped with a trackable courier International shipping service.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Any costs associated with taxes charged from the country you have requested your order sent to will be your responsibility. Frankie Fever is not responsible for any cost associated with any additional charges from your postal service/government etc.

If the shipment is refused and your package is returned to Frankie Fever (for any reasons including and not limited to customs, taxes, unable to deliver) you will be issued a refund minus the full cost of shipping.

We are legally required to declare the full cost and value paid on ALL international shipments and must include an invoice for customs.

All international orders require a phone number and email for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.


Items that are noted as pre order will have the date of shipment noted on the product page. Please be aware that shipment will occur after the date stated on the product page.
