What is your returns and exchange policy?

At Frankie Fever we have poured our heart and soul into our products and we want you to love them as much as we do. If your ordered product(s) arrive at your door in an unsatisfactory condition then please email us with photo evidence showing the fault within 14 days of delivery. 

Due to health regulations once lipsticks have been used they cannot be returned or exchanged.
